Harvest Fest Halloween Costume Parade
Participants in the Main Street Harvest Fest Halloween Costume Parade gathered at 1 North Front Street Cafe-Books-Events to hear the winners announced. Entries for the Pumpkin Carving Contest were dropped off and judged there too.
Soon after the parade and carving contest announcements, most of the crowd got in line outside for the Haunted House, located in the basement of 1 North Front Street. Screams were heard on the first floor as people were guided through!
